With a track record for launching and growing disruptive businesses globally, Anish brings deep experience in the investment, property and technology sectors. Prior to co-founding Plotify, Anish was responsible for global growth at Roofstock, Inc, the world’s largest venture-backed electronic marketplace for SFRs in the USA with over $1.4BN in transaction volume in less than two years. Anish founded Ahimsa Capital, a real estate & tech investment platform for the USA-UK-India corridor. Anish was an early teamer and later Board Member at Bloomberg Tradebook, one of the four original ECNs which took global financial markets electronic, a business which he helped build to over $1bn in revenue over seven years. While serving as Managing Director of Cantor Fitzgerald Emerging Markets he developed an innovative product that helped raise $7bn for US REITs over a four year period. Anish has been an Approved Person with the financial authorities in the UK, USA, Singapore and Hong Kong.
A little more about Dominic...
Dominic has broad experience in delivering change and operational management in complex, regulated environments having spent over a decade in global roles at UBS. He led a broad range of strategic initiatives spanning program management, regulatory compliance and operating model-led organisational transformation at scale, both within investment banking technology and at the group corporate centre level. Dominic brings a consulting led approach having served as an executive at Ernst & Young where he delivered engagements including advising a leading wealth manager on its strategic replatforming program and program recovery and delivery of a regulatory-driven credit risk software reengineering program. Originally from a software development background, he has extensive expertise in strategy, business architecture, program management, investment banking technology, operational management and performance improvement.
